Activities for the past year (2006/07)

The Alumni even though had a humble start had contributed meaningfully the previous year to society. Some of the key activities were

1. The Batch extended a sponsorship of Rs. 5,000/- by way of Nutrition Supplement to the 1st XV Rugby team before the Bradby ( 2006).

2. We also extended a sponsorship to Rugby team by way of cash advancement for T shirts( for practice sessions) to the value of Ts. 7,500/- in 2006

3.The batch extended our solidarity to sponsor a Cricketer for 1st XI team from Kurunegala district who also have selected to Sri Lanka U – 17 / 19 pool and one of our batch mates who does not want to disclose his name, came forward to sponsor all the expenses for the 1st year and all the batch mates should appreciate his great contribution towards to uplift college cricket.

4. The batch contributed to a batch mate who fell ill and the money collected was handed over to him for his medical treatments.
